In May 2024, PrivCap Holdings acquired the Note and Deed for Two Forest Plaza, a prominent 11-story, 196,215-square-foot office building located at 12201 Merit Drive in Dallas, Texas. Strategically situated in the Park Central submarket, the property offers convenient access to major thoroughfares, including Central Expressway and LBJ Freeway. Under PrivCap’s ownership and management, Two Forest Plaza will undergo major renovations including a brand new lobby, upgraded amenities and enhanced common areas. Since taking ownership, 90% of existing tenants have renewed their leases and long term commitment to Two Forest Plaza and PrivCap has inked numerous new medical tenants ushering a new era for the asset. PrivCap’s acquisition is consistent with its investment strategy of targeting well-located, underperforming assets that present opportunities for value creation through strategic repositioning and active management.
