The property is located directly across from the future Brightline high speed rail West Palm Beach station, two blocks north of CityPlace, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the Palm Beach Convention Center and four blocks south of Palm Beach County Courthouse and the famous Clematis Street. The company is currently pre-leasing office space to potential tenants and finalizing a flag for the hotel component.
