PrivCap Acquires Spanish Cove in St. Louis
PrivCap Holdings, a Boca Raton based real estate investment firm, announced today its successful acquisition of Spanish Cove Apartments in St. Louis, MO (PrivCap Cardinals). The 787-unit apartment community is primed for growth as the majority of apartments are renovated and upgraded. The acquisition represents PrivCap’s entry into the Missouri market with the property size allowing for immediate economies of scale for the company.
