PrivCap Acquires 160 units in Tulsa, OK

PrivCap Holdings, a subsidiary of Boca Raton based PrivCap Companies, acquired Addison Apartments, a 160 unit complex in Tulsa, OK, further adding to its growing multifamily portfolio.

PrivCap CEO, Donny Cohen, commented that "Oklahoma continues to be a strong market for our specific strategy and this complex fits our model perfectly.
