Boca Raton based PrivCap Holdings acquired 367 multifamily units in Killeen, TX adding to its growing portfolio in the region. The units are comprised of two nearby complexes that represent a value add opportunity which continues to be PrivCap's focus.

"We are bullish on the area and the fundamentals point to multiple drivers for rental housing demand both currently and in the future", commented PrivCap CEO, Donny Cohen. This is the 3rd Texas acquisition in 2015 for PrivCap Holdings who continues to be active in the market.
